These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Marketplace OVDSS platform, including all services, applications, APIs, communication systems, payment systems, escrow infrastructure, support systems, project management tools, and related technologies available through https://marketplace.ovdss.com/.
Marketplace OVDSS is a global freelancing marketplace connecting businesses, startups, agencies, entrepreneurs, and independent professionals across multiple industries and countries. By creating an account, browsing the platform, posting projects, offering services, communicating with users, making payments, receiving payments, or otherwise using any portion of the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering binding agreements under applicable laws. By using Marketplace OVDSS, you confirm that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
Marketplace OVDSS reserves the right to refuse service, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts for users who violate platform rules, applicable laws, or security policies.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of the platform, users may be required to register an account. Users agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity occurring under their accounts.

Marketplace OVDSS is not a direct employer of freelancers and does not guarantee project outcomes, earnings, timelines, or business success.
4. Freelancer Obligations
Freelancers agree to provide services professionally, ethically, lawfully, and according to project agreements.
Freelancers must:
- Deliver original work
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Maintain professional communication
- Provide accurate skill information
- Complete work according to agreed timelines
- Comply with platform policies
Freelancers may not upload malicious software, plagiarized materials, stolen content, illegal materials, or misleading information.
5. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing clear project requirements, timely communication, and fair collaboration practices.
Clients agree not to manipulate freelancers, abuse revision systems, engage in fraudulent disputes, or intentionally delay valid payments.
Clients are encouraged to review milestones carefully before approval and maintain communication through official platform systems.
6. Escrow & Payment Systems
Marketplace OVDSS may offer escrow systems designed to improve transaction security between freelancers and clients.
Client funds deposited into escrow may remain temporarily protected until milestone approval, project completion, or dispute resolution.
Platform fees, service fees, withdrawal fees, conversion fees, or transaction fees may apply depending on project type, payment provider, or transaction method.
7. Refunds & Chargebacks
Refund requests may be reviewed according to Marketplace OVDSS Refund Policy.
Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent disputes, payment abuse, or financial manipulation may result in account suspension, permanent termination, transaction holds, or legal action.
8. Prohibited Activities
Users may not engage in activities including but not limited to:
- Fraudulent transactions
- Money laundering
- Payment manipulation
- Fake reviews
- Identity impersonation
- Spam messaging
- Harassment or hate speech
- Distribution of malware
- Uploading illegal content
- Copyright infringement
- Unauthorized automation or scraping
- Attempts to bypass platform systems
9. Intellectual Property Rights
Users retain ownership of their original work unless otherwise agreed through project contracts or applicable law.
Upon full payment, clients may receive rights to completed deliverables according to project agreements.
Marketplace OVDSS retains ownership of all platform software, systems, branding, trademarks, databases, user interface designs, algorithms, APIs, and proprietary technologies.
10. Content Moderation
Marketplace OVDSS reserves the right to review, remove, restrict, or moderate content that violates platform policies, applicable laws, or community standards.
Content moderation may include project descriptions, portfolio items, messages, reviews, uploaded files, usernames, or profile content.
11. Communication Monitoring
Communications conducted through Marketplace OVDSS may be monitored, stored, reviewed, or analyzed for fraud prevention, platform security, dispute management, quality assurance, or compliance purposes where legally permitted.
12. Ratings & Reviews
Users may provide ratings and reviews based on genuine project experiences.
Fake reviews, misleading ratings, manipulated feedback, or abusive comments are prohibited.
Marketplace OVDSS reserves the right to remove or moderate reviews violating platform guidelines.
13. Dispute Resolution
Marketplace OVDSS may provide dispute management systems to help resolve disagreements between users.
During disputes, we may review communications, milestone records, uploaded files, payment history, timestamps, and project evidence.
Platform decisions regarding disputes may be considered final within the operational scope of the marketplace.
14. Third-Party Services
Marketplace OVDSS may integrate with third-party providers including payment processors, analytics systems, cloud hosting services, communication systems, identity verification systems, and security providers.
We are not responsible for outages, delays, failures, policy changes, or damages caused by third-party providers.
15. Taxes & Compliance
Users are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling tax obligations related to platform transactions.
Marketplace OVDSS may collect or report information where required by applicable laws or regulations.
16. Security Practices
Marketplace OVDSS implements commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect user data and platform systems.
Users are responsible for protecting account credentials, enabling available security features, and maintaining secure devices.
17. Suspension & Termination
Marketplace OVDSS may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraudulent behavior, suspicious activity, abuse, security risks, or legal compliance reasons.
Terminated accounts may lose access to messages, projects, transaction history, files, or platform privileges.
18. Platform Availability
Marketplace OVDSS does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability.
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, security incidents, or infrastructure failures.
19. AI-Generated Content
Users utilizing artificial intelligence tools remain fully responsible for the legality, originality, accuracy, licensing, and quality of submitted work.
AI-generated content violating copyrights, laws, or platform policies may be removed.
20. Confidentiality
Users may exchange confidential information during projects. Users agree not to misuse, disclose, or distribute confidential information without authorization.
21. Limitation of Liability
Marketplace OVDSS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from platform use, project disputes, payment issues, lost profits, business interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access.
Platform services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
22. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marketplace OVDSS, its owners, affiliates, partners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
23. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations relevant to Marketplace OVDSS operations.
24. Policy Changes
Marketplace OVDSS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
